The winter personality generally has dark or striking colouring, ie. dark hair, dark eye colour, but can also have grey or white hair. These personalities are perceived as being self-assured, strong, aloof but in reality are actually quite shy, introverted and prefer their own company.
These individuals make very good career people and are extremely loyal and dependable. They are very good in a crisis. Winter personalities make good organisers and leaders.
