Colour breathing exercise with RED.
Sitting quietly (or lying down, bring your attention slowly to your breathing. Just simply relax and breathe in and out, naturally, not trying to deep breathe, and not trying to change your breathing pattern at all. Do this for a few minutes and gradually your breathing will settle into a pattern. When you are ready, imagine breathing in the colour red. Red will bring you vitality, increase your sexuality, strength and will power. As you breathe out, imagine your breath coming out turquoise. (Turquoise is the complementary colour for red. Do this for as long as you want, and become aware of the sensations flowing through your body.

Colour breathing exercise with ORANGE.
Following the same guidelines as above for relaxing, again wait until your breath has reached a settled pattern. Then imagine as you breathe in you are breathing in orange. Orange will bring you increased joy, and greater quality relationships with others, it will also increase your sense of fun.As you breathe out, imagine letting the outcoming breath be blue. Blue is the complementary colour for orange.
Colour breathing exercise with YELLOW.
As above, quietly bring your attention to your breathing. When you are ready and feel relaxed, imagine breathing in yellow. Yellow will bring you an increased sense of who and what you are about, as well as stimulating you intellectually. It will increase your feeling of self-worth and enable you to realise your personal power.As you breathe out, imagine breathing out violet. Violet is the complementary colour for yellow.
VIOLET. When you breathe in violet, become aware of your self-respect and beauty, and realise your creativity and sensitivity. Violet helps us to see the greater good, and will encourage us to act for the good of others.Breathe out yellow.
