Hello, and welcome to Holistic-Life-Living. I really hope you enjoy browsing through the site - I have had fun producing the pages and hope that I have provided useful information for you in your quest for living a holistic life.

My name is Loretta and I live in Bristol, in the UK. I am a mum with two girls who are still young and keep me extremely busy! My children are the main reason for me creating this website in the first place! Why? you ask! Let me explain.

My main passion in life (apart from my children of course!) is holistic living and holistic therapies. I am a great believer in treating the body as a whole - mind, body and spirit - rather than just the physical body.

I truly believe that the way you think makes the person you are

Before I had my children I worked full-time as a secretary, which was great. However, when I first became a mum, I realised that I did not want to go out to work every day and leave my children to be looked after by someone else. I wanted to share those precious, early years because they are so very important for the children. I also started thinking about how I could perhaps work from home so that I could spend more time with my children, and be there for them when they were sick, or during school holidays, instead of having to ask someone else to look after them.

This became very important to me, and the seed of an idea grew, along the lines of how can I turn my passion into a successful business?
